Limited Funding Available:

A Promise To Jordan is thrilled to announce limited funding is now available to help pay for recovery living arrangements for individuals recovering from Substance Use Disorder and transitioning from treatment to a recovery housing community.

Individuals may be eligible for up to $1,000 to cover their first four weeks' rent when transitioning directly from a treatment center to a recovery housing facility.

Additional Details:

• This program is only for clients recovering from Substance Use Disorder.

• If accepted into this program, A Promise to Jordan will pay the first four weeks of rent in the recovery housing of your choice, up to $1,000, to be paid directly to the recovery housing.

• Upon admission to the recovery housing, A Promise to Jordan will pay the first two weeks of rent. If, after the first two weeks, you are still living in and abiding by the rules defined by the program, A Promise to Jordan will pay the next two weeks’ rent.

• After that time, you will be responsible for all of your own living expenses.
